Use your own blood to reduce wrinkles, heal scars, lighten sun spots, and boost collagen!
All the benefits of microneedling, plus the application of platelet rich plasma, which enhances the procedure 10 fold.
PRP comes from your own blood, so it is specifically made for you, by you. You don’t need to worry about any allergic or irritating reactions.
Did we mention long term benefit?? Collagen production stimulated by PRP microneedling continues for several months after the procedure.
Faces in Bloom has curated a combined treatment that give you double the benefit without having to come in for two separate appointments.
PRP microneedling, also known as platelet-rich plasma microneedling or PRP skin rejuvenation, is a cosmetic procedure that combines two techniques: microneedling and the application of platelet-rich plasma (PRP). This treatment is used to improve the texture and appearance of the skin, addressing issues such as wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, and uneven skin tone.
Let's be real.
Let’s break this down into the two techniques: microneedling and PRP.
Microneedling: Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that involves using a specialized device with tiny, fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin's surface. These micro-injuries stimulate the body's natural wound healing process, which includes the production of collagen and elastin. Collagen and elastin are proteins that play a crucial role in maintaining the skin's elasticity and youthful appearance. As the skin heals, it becomes firmer, smoother, and more even in texture.
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP): PRP is a component of your blood that is rich in growth factors and platelets. Platelets are known for their role in blood clotting, but they also contain growth factors that promote tissue regeneration and repair. In PRP microneedling, a small amount of your blood is drawn and then processed to concentrate the platelets. This PRP is then applied topically to the skin during or after the microneedling procedure.
The combination of PRP and microneedling has the benefits of enhanced skin rejuvenation, reduced fine lines and wrinkles, acne scar improvement, even skin tone, and minimized pore size among overall brightness and collagen production.
We recommend undergoing four PRP microneedling treatments back-to-back in order to see best results. These are typically spaced out over the course of one year.
Maintenance is one per year.
You will be instructed to arrive 30 minutes early for numbing and to have your blood drawn for processing the platelets.
The procedure itself takes about 30 minutes to complete.
Best results from Microneedling are seen after four consecutive treatments.
Therefore, Faces in Bloom offers exclusive pricing on 4-packs.
Individual Treatment: $900
Recommended bundle of four:
Members: $2700; Non-Members: 3000
WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR APPOINTMENT:
When you arrive at your microneedling appointment, your provider will greet you and begin by taking “before” photos of your desired treatment area. Once this is done, they will complete a thorough assessment of your skin to see if a microneedling treatment would be appropriate for you. Your provider will take the time to listen to your facial concerns, as well as explain the risks/benefits of the procedure prior to proceeding. Once a plan is agreed upon, a topical analgesic will be applied to reduce discomfort during the procedure. You will then have a simple blood draw which your provider will then process for Platelet Rich Plasma while you numb. You’re now set to go! Your provider will lean you back in the chair and begin making “passes” with the SkinPen® until the desired reaction is achieved. This may take up to three passes over one individual area. Your provider will apply the fresh PRP directly to the treated skin for direct absoprtion. In total, your microneedling appointment should last approximately 60 minutes from start to finish.
HOW MUCH DOWNTIME SHOULD YOU PLAN FOR?
Everyone’s healing process varies, but it is safe to expect approximately 3 days of social downtime, as your skin will go through stages after your microneedling treatment. Immediately post microneedling, your skin will be red and inflamed. You will be leaving with a “vampire” face due to the PRP. We recommend that you do not make any plans the same day your treatment is conducted. After 24 hours, your skin will change from red to pink tinged (light sunburn-looking) and you may break out with surface blackheads/pimples. On days 2-4 after treatment, your skin may feel dry and begin to peel. This is an anticipated reaction that can occur from your body getting rid of old skin cells to make room for newly created ones. It is important that you do NOT use any harsh chemicals or active ingredient products (such as retinoids or glycolic/salicylic acids) post microneedling for 3 days. We highly recommend avoiding sun exposure, wearing a mineral, broad spectrum SPF, and using an emollient moisturizer during your recovery period.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR TREATMENT:
Use an antioxidant serum and prescription-strength retinoid for the 30 days leading up to your appointment.
Do not stop using your retinoid, as it greatly increases microneedling benefits.
Contact Faces in Bloom to ensure that you’re on a recommended product.
Avoid the use of anti-inflammatory medications for at least three days prior to your treatment.
These medications can interfere with the body’s natural inflammatory process. Examples include IBUPROFEN®, ALEVE®, ASPIRIN®, and MOTRIN®.
Refrain from receiving any IPL/laser procedures, unprotected sun exposure, or sunburn for two weeks prior to your treatment.
If you are someone who is prone to cold sores, please take your antiviral medication (acyclovir or valacyclovir) on the morning of your treatment, as well as 12 hours after your first dose. Take 650mg of Tylenol one hour prior to your appointment for pain reduction.
Arrive to the clinic with a clean face, free of any lotions, oils, makeup, powder, or sunscreens.
WHEN WILL YOU SEE RESULTS?
Although many of our patients report results within 1-2 weeks of treatment, the most drastic results occur after 4-6 weeks, as it takes this amount of time for the body to finish creating new collagen and elastin. One of the biggest benefits of adding PRP to your treatment is the long term benefit of collagen production that continues for several months after the procedure. If executed in the recommended series of 4 treatment sessions, one month apart, results significantly increase and will continue to develop over the following months.
Each provider is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degrees or higher. Your treatment plans are backed by years of schooling.
We are non-intimidating and patient focused. From the minute you walk-in, you’ll feel like family.
This is not our “side hustle.” We devote our lives to medical aesthetics, whether at Faces in Bloom or outside training other providers.
The benefits of PRP goes on and on.. Skin rejuvenation, improved skin texture, enhanced skin tone, reduced acne scarring, minimize pore size, and natural looking results. So the answer is 100% yes!
Most patients experience minimal discomfort during the procedure. We have medical grade numbing which helps so much! You may feel a mild burning or warming sensation as the device is in action.
The long term benefit is the best reason to add on PRP to your microneedling procedure. Collagen is produced as a direct reaction to the PRP which continues for months after the procedure!

I’m new to Faces in Bloom and I have to say that they are just the best.
I felt so welcome, relaxed, and as if I was in the company of friends (who are beauty/aesthetic experts, of course).I worked with Sarah and she takes great pride in her work and makes a commitment to give you the best results. She takes the time to get to know you, IDENTIFIES your goals, and offers helpful teaching. I could tell that she genuinely cares about providing the best outcomes for her patients. I love my results!

If I could give 10 stars I would. From the moment you walk in, till the moment you leave; it’s the best customer/patient care ever, hands downs.
Forrest is my favorite, he always makes me feel so calm, and relaxed and is just the nicest human. He is so good, I don’t ever feel my botox shots. The man has skills! Don’t get me wrong all the staff are amazing. I started with Forrest and have stuck ever since.

I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding team at Faces In Bloom! From the moment I stepped foot in their establishment, I felt welcomed by their warm and talented staff.
What's more, their sense of humor added an element of fun to my appointments. Both Sarah and Miranda are undoubtedly masters of their craft - they performed my Botox and filler treatments with the utmost skill and precision. I also treated myself to a facial with Anna, which was an absolute treat. If you're hesitant about trying out any treatments, don't hesitate to give Faces in Bloom a chance. The staff operates with transparency and authenticity, ensuring that you walk out of their establishment feeling like a better version of yourself. I wholeheartedly recommend Faces in Bloom, you won't be disappointed!
